I was texting with my boy, Rall last night about his coin collection and I sent him a photo of some gold coins I spotted for sale somewhere in town on my walk-about the other day. “The rooster!”
Apparently, in the coin collection world the French have a gold coin quite literally called The Rooster. That sent me down a rabbit hole. I know the rooster is on sports jerseys and here and there all over town, but I didn’t know why. So, let’s learn a little something together.
